Dial A Dogwash Carmarthen

I initially moved to Wales to work for a large american franchise company. After using Dial a Dogwash in the midlands for my own two westies, I knew what the service had to offer. I searched for a service comparable in South West Wales, there wasnt one. I went to complete my grooming training 'to see what was involved' and found I much prefered it to what I was doing. The intention was this would be a part time business. I went full time just over three and a half years years ago. During this time I have been fortunate to meet, and retain as customers, a wide variety of breeds and their owners. A large percentage of customers will book their next appointment at the time of attendance.

My philosophy is simple, whilst your dog is in our care, they get treated as I would expect my own to be. Your dog will never be rushed. Quite often Im asked by new customers how long it takes. The answer is always " as long as your dog needs" Some dogs are more tolerant of grooming than others. Every dog gets treated as an individual, and we only ever work on one dog at a time.

Our prices vary from breed to breed, but we work on the simple philsophy, the price we give you on the phone is what you pay. Our price includes (subject to breed):

•  A good brush through to remove as much loose dead hair as possible
• Any Clipping/ trimming required
• Wash/shampoo/conditioning using naturally based products
• Flea rinse if required
• Ears Cleaned where appropriate
• Drying with Turbo dryer (or towel dried if your dog does not like the dryer)
• Nails clipped where appropriate..they are always checked as part of the service
• Finishing doggy cologne
• Our attendance at your address
