Cant we tell summers here...the phones are going almost nonstop. As well as our seven day a week service, we are taking on an extra member of staff to keep up with demand...watch this space!

NEW TELEPHONE POLICY TRIAL

Over the next month we are trialling a new telephone answering method. We have always endeavoured to return any missed calls at the end of the working day. At present, with the number of calls we are receiving, we believe we can fit at least one extra dog a day in, by returning calls at the end of the working day, as opposed to stopping grooming. This also creates a better environment for our customers. Over a week this is an extra seven dogs minimum, which also brings waiting list down. If you would rather send your contact details by email or text please feel free to do so. Hopefully this will improve our service to existing and new customers. Your feedback would be gratefully recieved

We are also getting to grips with modern technology, and can now send either text or email reminders of your appointments should you so desire. These will be sent two days prior to your appointment, just make sure we have either your mobile number or email address.

**STOP PRESS** We now have access to ANCOL pet products. We will be handing out catologues with a selection of their most popular products, all of which can be ordered and delivered to your door by us!
